As a Maintenance Technician, you will support the maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of farm facilities and equipment across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on farm equipment, systems, and facilities.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
- Support renovation, facility improvement, and capital projects.
- Order parts and supplies, maintain inventory, and assist with department budgeting.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Operate and maintain farm equipment, including ATVs, skid steers, tractors, and power tools.
- Support seasonal activities such as snow removal, rodent control, weed management, and grounds maintenance.
- Respond to equipment and facility emergencies and help train employees on proper responses.
- Communicate effectively with farm management and team members to achieve operational goals.
- Follow all safety, biosecurity, animal welfare, environmental, and company policy requirements.
